Brenda Guenther

Brenda Guenther  63, of Island, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Brenda Louise Troutman was born November 26, 1954 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Ray Dixon and Mary Louise Stinnett Troutman and was married to Patrick Joseph Guenther June 24, 1989.  Brenda was a homemaker and attended Buck Creek Baptist Church.  She enjoyed going to yard sales, shopping, caring for both her home and yard, and spending the holidays with her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Patrick J. Guenther, who died January 9, 2018 and by three brothers, Marvin Troutman, Steve Troutman, and Larry Troutman.

Survivors include three sons, Michael Kassinger of Owensboro, Chris Kassinger of Buck Creek and Steven Guenther of Oklahoma; two daughters, Suzanne Ruby of Maceo and Rebecca Dunn of Texas; 7 grandchildren; a great granddaughter; and a brother, Bill Troutman.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Webb officiating.  Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery in Owensboro.  Friends may visit with Brenda’s family from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday and from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Musters in Livermore.
