Debra Wyatt

Debra Gayle Wyatt, 55, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Owensboro Center. She was born April 10, 1963 in Daviess Co. to the late Okey Jack and Ida Gayle Geraldine Bryant Wyatt. Debra had worked at River Valley Behavioral Health and had received her Paralegal degree from Brescia College. She loved her Lord very much, was of the Catholic faith, and always had a smile on her face. Debra's faith was very strong which helped her maintain a positive attitude when she found out she had cancer. She had always been a very independent person. She was an avid reader, loved all types of animals, and was a big U.K. basketball fan. Debra also enjoyed traveling, especially the trip she took to Europe, and loved spending time with her friends. She made crafts, doing cross-stitching, and crocheting. Debra was also preceded in death by a brother, David Wyatt.

Surviving are three brothers, Jackie Wyatt and wife Theresa, Rodney Wyatt and wife Nina, and Todd Wyatt and wife Shelley, all of Owensboro, nieces and nephews, Erin and Sam Wyatt, Jena Purcell and husband Tyler, and Tim Wyatt and wife Trish, all of Owensboro, and Emily Wyatt of Sanford, N.C.

Services will be Noon Friday July 13 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Friday until time of the service. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
