Richard Lee Knight

Richard Lee Knight, 55, of Owensboro, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born August 4, 1968 in Owensboro to Kenneth Alfred Knight and the late Marilyn Sue Hale Knight. He loved sitting outside tanning, taking walks, working on cars, fishing and taking Candin to the park.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Jane Glaze; and a son, Kenneth Lee Edward Knight.

He is survived by two daughters, Brittany Knight and Haley Knight; five grandchildren, Candin Harris, Kenslee Coalter, Austin Coalter, Kaylee Glaze, and Xander Glaze; father, Ken Knight (Mary Kay); sister, Connie Lee (Mike); brother, Larry Knight; and several nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at Elmwood Cemetery. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
