Robert "Bob" Westerfield

Robert R. "Bob" Westerfield, 81, of Owensboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born October 1, 1937 in Daviess County to the late Walter and Ollie Westerfield. Bob was retired from Green River Steel, was an U.S. Army veteran and a member of River City Church. He loved UK basketball, doing yard work and serving at his church.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Anna P. Westerfield; his children, Jennay W. Crowe, Neil Westerfield and Krista Nicolosi (Philip); five grandchildren, Peyton Crowe, Pierce Crowe, Baya Nicolosi, Luca Nicolosi and Liliana Westerfield; one brother, Fred Westerfield (Phyllis) and a sister, Judy Chapman (Jerry).

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2018 in the chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
