Shelba Bartlett Hall, 74, of Calhoun, died on Sunday, September 2, 2018 in Calhoun. She was born on December 7, 1943 in Daviess County to the late Jessie C. Bartlett and Laura Edge Bartlett. She was a retired registered nurse and former Home Health nurse. She received her RN degree from Henderson Community College in 1998. Shelba served on the planning committee for Diabetic Support Group of Owensboro and was in the first Nurse Preceptor Class at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hillary R. Hall Sr.; daughters, Bonnie Moore and Doris Hall; sisters, Delores Bartlett, Elizabeth J. Bartlett, and Juanita Edith Jarvis; and brothers, Robert Bartlett, Ingram Bartlett and Charles F. Bartlett.
Survivors include her three sons, Hillary Ray Hall (Renita), James A. Hall and Roger "Buck" (Marie York), all of Owensboro; two daughters, Laura Hall Casebier and Peggy Hall Wiggins, both of Owensboro; sixteen grandchilren and nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 in the Chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
