Thomas Moorman

Thomas "Sonny" Moorman III, 69, Of Owensboro, departed this life on Saturday, January 06, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Owensboro. His mother, Thelma Juanita Moorman preceded him in death, also one sister, Mae Lavern Moorman.

He was retired from the City of Owensboro. Thomas was a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Viet Nam War. He was an avid UK Basketball Fan.

Sonny leaves to mourn the loss of his passing and cherish his memories, his father, Thomas Moorman Jr. his wife, Deborah Moorman; two sons, Kevin Moorman and Keith Williams; one daughter, Kahali (Timothy) Green; nine grandchildren, T.C. Acton, Lauren Mesplay, Lindsey Mesplay, Warren Green, Jace Moorman, D.J. Green, Timia Green, Dre Green, and Timara Green; one brother, Larry ( Cathy) Moorman; four sisters, Norma (Walter) Minion, Carolyn Robinson, Benita (Dudley) Miller and Jacqueline (Anthony) Dickerson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
